u/LeeElla x2: Hallo polis! I would 100% agree that a trip to Japan is always going to have regrets, so the only way to rectify that is to plan a next one! As I mentioned, Karaage Kun Red from Lawson - that's my favourite! I also like the onigiri, but I don't have a brand preference for that. Just find flavours you like - there are so many! I agree about the price of Bangkok's 7-Elevens, but for me, Japan's conbini come out tops in terms of food! For your 2nd card, the card probably is kind of kimokawaii? But to me, it's cute in the way that I think it's cute, as opposed to the kind of cute I don't like? I need to stop searching cards on Taobao because some of them are so cute. I was just there, even after reading this card and agreeing, looking up CNY cards. HALP!!

u/BlueDecemberArt: Thank you for your card from Boston! I love how it is cut out. You mentioned you did your dig for your thesis, but what is a dig? Like an archaeological dig? I love when buildings are given a new life, rather than being abandoned and left to nature, or just knocked down!

u/56Thorns: Thank you for your holiday card, which I will be hanging on my small metal tree! I'm glad that we've been able to exchange mail over the past year and look forward to more possible mail exchanges next year! Have a great holiday season and hopefully you don't have a freezing winter!

u/SatanekoChan x2: Thank you for your cards! The handmade card is amazing and I can't imagine how much time it took to do it! I love how the cards and envelope feel like summer holidays, but not mundane hot-summery days that we have here every day, if that makes sense. Do you speak some French because of the holidays that you've spent at your vacation home? It must be nice to get away for a while every year and do things at a different pace while at your vacation home! I would also hesitate about getting nice cards if they were expensive, especially given that the costs would add up, considering the number of cards we send!
