My fur baby passed away last year just before the holidays. She was 17, which is much longer than I thought I'd have her. I'm glad you've had him through your struggles. Dogs can be such a joy and comfort. And your boy is so handsome!

I, like you, had dogs, a bird, and a rabbit, growing up. Wasn't much into cats, until this one sweet, very vocal, far too skinny stray showed up at my back door begging for food and love. She's brought me so much joy. Fast forward, and now I have a dog and 7 cats and a TNR hobby fixing the neighborhood cats, and occasionally fostering them 😅! The girl who kickstarted it all just turned 16 this year, and is so spoiled lol.
