Hello, friends.
I am once again here to ask for some happy mail to help me ride out the inevitable depression that comes after a manic episode. For my Bipolar/schizoaffective friends, you'll know what this is like.
I still plan to remain fairly active on RAOC because carding does make me happy (and even happier when it's answering the request of someone who is struggling too), but right now, I'd really just love some mail in my inbox to remind me that I'm not alone and that no matter what shit my brain tells me, that people do care, even if they're old and new friends from RAOC.
Do not hesitate to ask for an exchange as I am more than happy to send something back to you, especially if you're dealing with similar issues as I am. Or, even if you'd just like some happy mail in return.
What I'd love to see are: words of encouragement, words of affirnation, tips and tricks you use to handle depression episodes, self care ideas that don't take a lot of energy, a story that you think would make me laugh, a note about your own struggles, random facts that you know but haven't really had an opportunity to share in conversation, and of course, talk about your pets and how they're the best.
Yall have always had my back when I needed your support and kindness and I am here asking for it once again as I prepare myself to fight through this episode again.
