Hello, all 👋😊
I've been doing some really difficult trauma therapy and honestly, just kinda thought it'd be uplifting to receive mail. I've been putting in the hard work and I've made so much progress. But right now is a particularly emotional stage. So, like in my title, just wanted some sunshine, some reasons to smile.
