amyt13 Thank you for the Porto postcard from your trip. I like the patterned washi reminiscent of Portugese tiles! From the way you described it, it sounds like a very charming city and I feel like there are so many of such charming cities in Europe which makes me want to visit them all haha! I'm always grateful to receive postcards from your trips and this card carries what feels like the last of summer 2022 :)

krfs Thank you for the postcard of Teatro Juรกrez which took slightly under two months to arrive. The theatre looks swanky under the orange glow of lights in the nighttime! I almost never receive mail from Mexico so it's fun to see various kinds of stamps. Thanks for telling me about the things you'd like to accomplish in the next five years :)

Mountain_Ganache3052 Thank you for the mailman day 2009 postcard from MUFI. I rarely receive mail from Mexico so the variety of stamps are most welcome! I wish you all the best in your Master's scholarship programme!

sleepycatbeans Thank you for the postage stamp day exchange! I love the hand cancellation, and ALL the vintage stamps. I always wanted the bicentenary statehood stamps! They are so cool, especially since they offer a glimpse of the icons of each state and I get to learn so much from just stamps! There's Virginia's Old Capitol Building, New Hampshire's Old Man of the Mountain and Rhode Island's Slater Mill. The Pacific islands joint stamp issues are also super cool. This one with Micronesia depicts their traditional canoe. I just love how intricately illustrated audio and visual electronics are for the 'progress in electronics' stamp. The adorable frog and reading mushroom ink stamps are the cherry on the cake for this great piece of mail!

M0NK3YKLNG Thank you for your dedication to 'hallo polis' as seen from your stamp selection and postcard ๐Ÿคฃ SingPost never envisioned how their Greetings and SPF 200 stamps would be used together... I feel like there's never a trip I've been on which I didn't have any regrets not seeing somewhere/ doing something. It's a good thing KL isn't far away so you'll definitely have the chance to go back there again! I went to BKK with my close group of friends, but even then, I could tell they went for things different from me (like shopping). It must be an interesting experience travelling with that friend different from you. Also, thank you for the BKK postcards!!! There's the touristy 'exoticity' of the floating market which is the vibe I'm looking for in postcards haha!

LittleBeeTwin x3 Thank you for the lovely paradisiacal postcards from Dubrovnik and Sutomore. They bring back wonderful memories! This is my first piece of mail I've received from Bosnia and Herzegovina! It was a lovely surprise to receive a card from your sister too, so thank you to her as well! Thanks for sharing a bit about yourselves. I will write back!

Dapper_Road_6928 Thank you for the kind card you've sent back. I enjoyed reading about the Paraparaumu sunset and matching house. I think it's amazing that you notice and appreciate the intentions of that homeowner with regard to the house's matching colour scheme with the sky. I like vintage images so I like that you included the antique photo of New Brighton Pier from the Kaikoura Museum! I hope you get to see your friends in due time ๐Ÿ™‚. Do you write letters to them during this period apart?

cape_primrose Thank you for the very prettily decorated pink-themed postcard! Recently I too have gotten into this trend of small glittery confetti stickers that people use for journalling or decorating their K-pop photocards. Sometimes they are so tiny, it takes skills to paste them straight without tweezers! ๐Ÿ˜†

StephanieTay Thank you for the perfectly stamped 'Build a Malaysian' postcard! When I was a kid, it was the most fun thing ever to collect 'chops' at various stations, so I love the idea behind the postcard and event! I think Loka Made would make a great ambassador for Malaysia with its patriotic themes and beautiful depictions of Malaysia ๐Ÿ˜. Looking at your photos, the 'Build a Malaysian' event was put together so well! I especially liked the depiction of real-life objects associated with each character. I especially relate to Mama Savithri when she says she's "not willing to pay for the RM6.50 postage" for online shopping haha!

dwrfstr Wow! Thank you for the JWST / NASA stickers, bookmark and repurposed JWST magazine envelope (especially loved the matching colour scheme of the stamp of Chien-Shiung Wu)! And the envelope of beautiful used stamps (the German space ones are super cool!) and your kind card ๐Ÿ˜Š. Working at a historic trust doesn't sound very fun but now I've changed my mind about it!

amyt13 Thank you for the postcard from Puglia! What a wonderful way to end off the summer for you! I really like the idea of summer; it's a special time of the year when the earth warms up and people enjoy what nature has to offer to their hearts' content. I hope you feel rejuvenated and happy!
