I am taking a course on Coursera about the science of happiness and well-being. The evidence shows that making a small effort each day towards happiness can help overall. I took a quiz that says kindness is one of my strengths, so I should be spending 5-10 minutes each day trying to share kindness.
SO - My goal is to write and send one card each day. I am a realistic human so I realize I may get behind but that's the goal! I would like to do this for one month (aka 30 responses) but I'll do it for however long I need to. Just know that it may be quite some time before I get to you :)
