• You sounded a bit down on the first card, I'm sorry to hear! I'm sending hugs and have just written back.

• Wow, you have more fountain pens than I thought! Please disregard my recommendations, sorry if I made things worse! :) It's nice for E. to have lent you his Metropolitan, though!
• Haha most people who have to listen to drum practice going on in their house would rather have it stop, I'm sure! You seem to be the opposite :D
• I didn't know that you're such a V for Vendetta fan! I only watched it once and didn't really get the hype - it felt a bit odd to me, like surely someone who was involved in the production must have been on drugs :D Sorry I think I must have phrased something wrong or ambiguously - my friends aren't coming to Prague, but hopefully we'll go on some other trip together another time.
• I did actually use to read a ton of Terry Pratchett, I guess I just bored of it eventually - the style of humour is always the same and at some point it wears out - especially if one has already read Douglas Adams, who has the exact same kind of humour.
