Hi folks,
It was been a burning hot summer, and I fell behind on my offers. I'm also getting prepared for my ultra-busy postcarding season in autumn. We've got Banned Books Week coming up, then World Postcard Day on October 1, and straight into nonstop every-day-is-Halloween-October. Whew!
But first, I'm headed to Boston for a couple of days. Let's pretend I'm a tourist and not a nearby neighbor of the city. These postcards may seem random, yet they all have one thing in common: the word Boston is on there!
Note on card #2: Train and transit fans, this card represents Boston's MBTA train/subway system, the first subway in America. There are 5 subway lines designated by colors: Red, Orange, Green, Blue, and Silver. The system is collectively referred to as "The 'T'" (I'm taking the T to Chinatown). Subway stations entrances are marked with black T's in a circle.
If you'd like a card, please comment below with your favorite city to visit as a tourist. And please, give me a writing prompt of your choice!
Edit: Cards #3, 4, 5 are gone :)
