/u/satanekochan Thank you for the Sun/Moon Card for the meta challenge, I love how mysterious it is - I can see why you bought it at your city's book fair!
u/Internet_Creep_SM Thank you for the froggy potion seller card with the wee lil plant on it's head, I squealed and showed a friend immediately when I got it. These are vibes I want to have! If I were a merchant animal I think I'd be a lynx with a weapons cart (yes, my khajit is showing!)
u/not_katrinalenk Thanks for your luchon card, so interesting to find out that The Band's Visit is your favourite musical! I was really into a musical that was competing against it for the Tonys as the time, The Spongebob Squarepants Musical (don't knock it till you try it!) and I just find it so amusing they were basically as opposite as could be, haha.
/u/leeella Thank you for your space card and telling me what imaginary planet you would want to visit!! What an interesting idea to essentially use the visit to go back in time! I'd love to be able to experience earth millions of years past too.
/u/m0nk3yklng (x2) Thank you for your Welsh Bookstore postcard and Getting to Know You Meta Exchange Card! I haven't been to the bookstore on the card but the town on the list is one of my all time bucket list destination - it's known as a town of books and many indie bookstores and I'm dying to have a roam around during their massive annual literature festival held there.
There are way too many questions/responses on the card to respond to them, so I'll just say I appreciate your tea taste and also getting together to card! May there be many more occasions!
u/isar-love Thank you for your Meta challenge card for the theme Beach with a very refined octopus artist building a sandcastle. I hope you get to build sandcastles by the Baltic sea like you wish!
u/littlemermaidxx Thank you for your sun/moon meta challenge card, I loved the gold foil constellation sticker you decorated the card with!
u/stephkempf Thank you for your flair milestone card, the colours and embossed patterns are delightful, and the dual colour pencil you wrote the message in is such fun! Congrats again!
u/DPClamavi (x2) Thank you for your Sun/Moon meta challenge card and Quiberville-sur-Mer cards. The moon does indeed remind me of Majora's Mask (I watch too much gaming youtube, the memes are unavoidable), but I only got into Legend of Zelda through Breath of the Wild a couple years ago. Your weekend trip looks like such a joyful destination, and those are such dramatic cliffs - I hope you enjoyed yourself! Also I must say the way you decorated the envelope with ocean vibes was much appreciated, and loved that super cute return address sticker!
u/MilesAndSmiles123 Thank you for your lovely watercolour poppies card telling me all about your hummingbirds, you paint such a vivid picture of them!! I could almost imagine them feeding by my window with how you described them. We get more sunbirds than hummingbirds here, and they are also a species that feeds on nectar - they're usually of the olive-backed variety, and they visit my balcony often! Thank you for the generous set of floral stickers too :)
u/Wabisabi_sf (x3) Thank you for telling me about your favourite Fountain Pen inks! One ink I keep returning to is Diamine's Skull and Bones, for it's deep blue with pink sheen. I'm a sucker for sheening inks! Lately I've also been rather taken by Iroshizuku Yama Budo and Waterman Serenity Blue, both shade really nicely :)
/u/ignaposts (x2) First of all I have to squee at you for your ADORABLE drawing of the cat tea connoisseur - I love it SO MUCH and it perfectly fits my username!! Would you be open to me turning it into an address sticker sometime after I scan it in and clean up the lineart in digital?
Your whirlwind trip biking around Europe sounds so exciting! I hope you've had a good time so far (assuming you're still on the road based on the dates). Tell me about how meeting other RAOCers was like! Yes, Matcha kit kats are a white chocolate base, I usually get the "strong" flavor ones so you get more of the tea taste rather than just the sweet chocolate. It seems we're both fans of hibiscus blends - I'll definitely enjoy your tea bag, it's right up my alley!
