I have been in physical therapy consistently since March. First for shoulder recovery after my surgery, and now for my lower back because I'm having muscle spasms. Next up will be my Achilles tendon. Eventually I may have to address my knees or my neck. I'm too young to be getting old and falling apart, LOL.

I've been quiet, but I still hope to send out some summer cards! I think we can all use a little love and light. :)

My bird feeders have been filled with hummingbirds and finches as of late, but my milkweed flowers remain un-munched by monarch caterpillars! I have been offline a lot, but still staying indoors playing Minecraft keeping cool and working on inside things. :) Graphic design goes well, though my eyes are progressively worse for wear! (sad trombone noises)

In all seriousness, though: Maryland is lovely, and there are some wonderful tea and pasty shops here for you! <3
