Thank you so much for the birthday card & goodies, the flower card & goodies (I only got 1 out of 3 of the “after dinner” trivia questions right, lol), the Pensacola beach postcard, and the Jackson Klein postcard (sooo cute, it has been sitting on my desk ever since).

The 9€- ticket is awesome and a great success, I guess. Most fun “event” it spurred was when some politician of the island of Sylt (famous holiday location for rich people) got scared now all kind of punks would travel to his precious island and cause trouble. Of course, there is such a thing as the Streisand effect and punks then did indeed organize to travel to Sylt in groups to hang out there, drinking beer all day, being friendly, and NOT causing trouble, lol.

There’s still discussion about whether to continue it. It probably won’t be as cheap, but I hope there’s a way they keep some kind of flatrate for public transport that is still affordable.

I’m sorry life hasn’t been great for you lately. There’s a little something on its way to you to hopefully cheer you up a bit. I’m rooting for you and crossing my fingers things will improve soon ❤
