I have never thought about viewing my feelings as a sort of subconscious message; I don't think I can answer your question (What messages do you see in your feelings?) without letting this idea take root in my head first. I do however feel like if I do give more thought to it, mine would be bleak, something between the lines of "I hate how society can get tired of the suffering of others and keep on living ignoring it". Ironically, I myself wish to find a place to hide so I could forget even for a short moment.
