Whew, this is a long one! Sorry I've been essentially AFK for the last few weeks. I think I'm still going to be gone a while, just taking a break from the internet still. But these have been sitting around long enough, so here are my many delayed thank yous. Many of you who sent me cards have cards or letters en route from me, but here's my official thanks so you can all have it counted toward your envelope flair. :) (General thanks to everyone who sent me mail even though I've been inactive. It was appreciated, and it was very nice to be thought of in my absence.)

Quick list for the flair mods!

u/libertyprogrammer - Thank you for the RAOC 9th birthday postcard! Very cute design and I loved the piece of cake!

u/AlfredTheButt-ler - Thank you for the botanical postcard. Such lovely blossoms! I'm dreading the coming heatwave, but I've been keeping up my water intake and planning to stay indoors a lot!

u/cswl x3 - Thanks for the Rosa Bonheur postcard! She's such an interesting person. I hope the visit with MIL went okay! Thanks also for the thank you card and washi sampler, and for the 500 flair celebration card!

u/amyt13 - Thank you for the lovely postcard from Portugal! Lisbon is one of the cities I most wish to visit. I want to see the Jerónimos Monastery and the museum of ancient art. I am glad you had a good trip!

u/losewitheloquence - Thanks for the postcard from Spain! The photos all look lovely. I'm sorry you had bad weather, but glad you got to visit with your parents and dogs! (yay dogs!) No travel plans this summer really, just little trips in-state to visit my parents/other relatives. Maybe hit the beach a couple of times, but nothing fancy!

u/MoominMog - Thanks for the cool illutrated postcard from Belgium! That family is ready for an adventure! It sounds like a lovely trip!

u/BlueDecemberArt - Thanks for the Maud D. Heaps postcard and the king penguin stamp! Hope you're doing well. :)

u/M0nk3yKlng - Thank you for the beautiful market stall illustration postcard, and for the amazing Bali lime stamp! WOW that stamp is beautiful and HUGE, you weren't kidding! I'm glad you were able to make your trip, and with such a tight time frame! I'd have been panicky about the passport delay and freaking out! I hope you had a wonderful visit! (Thanks so much again for the awesome stamp! So excited to include this as part of my citrus collection!)

u/plushestpossum x6 - THANK YOU!! Thanks for the 4 tea postcards and the tea of course (and the washi and the stickers). I love how you managed to get the envelope to meet your post's requirements, it was awesome how everything fit together into the envelope. Thank you also for the Lemon Aspen and Finger Lime stamps and postcards! (The finger lime one came just this week, even thought it looks like you mailed it in January - so I got the one from April a couple weeks before that one!) This is so cool, I have to get everything in the same place, but my citrus collection is coming along beautifully. Thanks so much for the very cool cards and stamps. (Also, I have tried finger limes, they're very interesting, I squeezed them out and had them on tacos which was a very fun way to eat them! Kind of like a lime caviar-ish thing.) I haven't tried the tea yet but I will soon!

u/SatanekoChan - Thanks for the line drawing postcard and for your commentary on the art! I love seeing how other people look at something and have a very specific idea of what is going on. Your phrasing was beautiful, and I will think of it next time I'm at the beach. :) I love the Sergio Leone stamp too!

u/on1oman1ac - Thanks for the birthday card! I love the bear! Thank you also for your very kind words. I did have a nice birthday overall, and I did end up leaving that toxic job situation. Not sure what's next, but I'm doing much better now. :)

u/travel4me22 - Thanks for the very cool 500 flair celebration card! I love the otter especially. It's nice having the cool black envelope, though I'm not sure I'll ever get beyond it, I'm happy to have made so many people happy with my mail.

u/DPClamavi - Thanks for the lovely yellow card. The puffins are a really cute touch! I'm glad I've been able to be a friend to you this year, as you have to me. I'll be back online soon and we'll chat again. :)

u/Findrane - Thank you for the cheerful floral card (and the stamp swap)! As far as trips, I'm actually supposed to house and dog sit for my brother and sister-in-law later this month, so I guess that's a small trip. It will be for a month! But their dog is sweet, and it gives me some time to get away from the house a bit and be elsewhere for a while. My mom and J will probably each come up for a week or so to break up the solitude a bit, but it will be a nice change of scenery.

u/welshfancy x2 - Thanks for the chocolate and candy themed Easter cards. Very fun and yes, I'd love a chocolate egg for breakfast (especially if it's full of peanut butter)! I went through 2 bags of black jelly bird eggs this year, and have a precious dozen eggs left in a jar that I'm savoring like one at a time. :D

u/KoreWrites x2 - Thanks for the postcards from your California adventure! I love them both. I hope your trip was good and fun, and most of all, safe! Yay for being able to travel some, I hope you found it relaxing and enjoyable.

u/56Thorns - Thanks for the shiny hummingbird card! I hope you are doing well. What kind of veggies did you plant? I did mixed lettuce, cucumbers, carrots, and basil. The basil is doing good, the lettuce is iffy, the carrots never did grow at all, and the cucumbers were doing great until suddenly they weren't. Que sera sera!

u/Monetmonkey x2 - Thanks for the bookclub postcard and the tea postcard! (And the tea! OMG they all sound delicious and I look forward to savoring them.) I am sorry I didn't get to participate in the same book club meeting, but it was still a lot of fun! Hopefully I can make another meeting again soon.

u/girlsonabench x7 - OMG you are AWESOME. So I got all your cards, I love the girl with the orange and the orange stamp used in place of the orange in the painting, very cool! The citrus postcard is of course, amazing! Now I want to go eat an orange, the fruit looks so juicy! The bread postcard does pair nicely with the tea. Also, I love bread, I could eat bread all day and not be tired of it (though I would get sick!). Yummy bread! The Grand Canyon postcard is great too, and I love the Indiana Dunes one! I forgot it was a National Park now. I went there as a kid when it was just a state park, but it was fun. We slid down the dunes on cardboard box lids. :) And thanks for the international postcard from Chicago! Or rather, probably the only time I'll get a global USPS stamp with a postmark on it. :D Yay Chicago, it sounds like you had a good trip. AAAAANDDDD Thank you for the very amazing and perfect bear silhouette cross stitch! AAAHHHH! I LOVE IT!! It's exactly my aesthetic, my colors, my likes, I ADORE IT. I will have to find a perfect frame to put it in so I can display it in all its beautiful twilit mountain glory. :) Thanks so much!!
