Post Body

Hello, happy mail fam!! :D I have 4 various mail-like themed postcards to send! Here's a photo of them. Below I've put some more info on the cards! I don't speak French nor Italian, so apologies for the rough translations I researched online xD

1.) French. Seems to be the mailing label from a tailor to a customer who bought a shirt(s) from them. SLAY, FASHIONABLE FRENCH SHIRT-WEARER!!

2.) Italian. I think it basically tells someone to pay their bills? Or that someone has given them a check to cash? It's something about money. Or investments. I think. xD

3.) English. A letter from someone (seems to be a poet) in London to someone in Michigan. Apparently Michigan asked Poet for an autograph, which Poet included in the envelope along with some poetry. My favorite line is: "I wish that I had some better verses to send you, but my Muse, who sometimes sails amongst the shallows with some dexterity, is now aground." What a great way to say, Sorry my poetry sucks right now, I have writer's block. xD

4.) English. Seems to be a letter to a new pen pal? Writer thanks The Other Person (TOP) for their letter and a photograph of TOP, and says they hope their friendship will be awesome! Writer goes on to guess things about TOP from the photograph he sent of himself (super fun read tbh lol).

To claim: Comment which postcard you'd like, tell me your favorite thing about receiving mail, and give me a writing prompt!! :D
