I've done my best to write up some thank yous for everyone as I got a ton of lovely cards the past few days, and want to be sure I get these written up before I forget with how busy I am at the moment! :') <3
u/iamatigerhearmemrrow (x2) - Thank you as always, will reply via postcards! :) <3
u/onelittlericeball (x3) - Thank you for the card (and for supporting disabled artists!) and two mini bouquet cards! <3 I know what you mean about flowers; It seems like such a fleeting beauty, but I find there is a sweet sentimental value in the temporary nature of beauty and the show of genuine care involved in arranging a bouquet.
u/High_on_TeemoShrooms - The tea was such a lovely surprise (I need to see if I can find any Mercator teas in my area!), and I really appreciate your beautiful card and letter. <3
u/Elephant-Jane - Thank you so much for the lovely card, letter, and stickers!!! <3 I am hearing disabled myself, I'm so happy to hear you are interested in BSL and are supportive of those who use it. <3
If it may be helpful for you, if you don't already know about them, there are two good BSL video dictionaries here and here which you may find really helpful alongside any other resources! :) You may also want to look into Sign Supported English, as a way to help learn BSL by first pairing signs with spoken grammar structure etc. if this may be a helpful way for you to learn! <3
u/pozzledC - Thanks for the beautiful card! :D I haven't been to that particular forest, but it has now been added to my list! <3 I really like Ruislip Forest, it's less visited than others I think, but it has a fun little small gauge railway and it's a lovely wooded area to walk through. :)
u/hotelpunsylvania - I love the nature/fungi card you sent, thank you so much for your kind support! <3
u/soxgal - Aww, smiles!!! :') Always good advice, and very much appreciated. Thank you for sharing some positivity! <3
u/Micatzoo - What a gorgeous architecture card, thank you!! :D <3 I really love historical architecture, so it's perfect! :)
u/LaCuntessa - Thank you for the Mark Mothersbaugh card, I love the graphic design! :D <3 And thanks for the podcast rec too, I'm going to check it out shortly! :)
u/CaptivatingApple - Thanks for the great photo card, I totally agree about the geometric composition of it making what could otherwise be a mundane scene into something really visually engaging! :) <3
u/HaikusbyKA - I truly love your sky poem, thank you so much. It really helped. <3 I'm glad mine reached you as well! :)
u/wabisabi_sf - Thanks for the gorgeous photo card, and for the lovely stickers! <3 The facts on the card are super interesting, too! :D
u/RideThatBridge - Yay, Happy International Day of Happiness! :') <3 Thank you for such a cheery card,
u/GP_Generalities - Thank you for the great tourist destination card! :D The Islands sound so amazing, my father is a retired geologist and he could talk about Charles Darwin and his work there all day, haha!
u/thecaledonianrose - I totally agree about classic rock and metal-- I've been listening to Crazy Train by Ozzy and Rainbow in the Dark by Dio on repeat the past few days, haha! The fish stamps are super cool too, thank you so much! :)
u/spiritsache - Thank you for the great Hex Girls card!!! <3 My favourite is Zombie Island, but I also have a soft spot for the original 1988 Scooby Doo and the Reluctant Werewolf movie; I watched it all the time as a kid! :')
u/gummibearhawk - Thank you so much for the beautiful Easter card and letter, I hope mine reaches you soon if it hasn't already! :') <3 (I can't remember at the moment if you've already received it or not-- I blame my tired brain, haha!) I hope you enjoyed a wonderful Easter. :)
For anyone still awaiting a card from me, I've sent my latest round of cards out yesterday, so I hope they reach you soon! :) <3
