u/Intrepid-Researcher x3: I feel a little embarrassed that I didn't send you (or anyone else) any Easter mail, and you sent me three! I got:

• One (German!) card of a chicken in the midst of a plant bonanza, with lots of Easter themed decorations that you applied on the back. I agree that Easter is very random! I would have thought that the story of the Bunny and eggs would have been pagan and pre-dated Christianity (it doesn't seem like it would have any connection to the Christian resurrection story) but apparently it only appeared in the 17th century! How weird.
• You sent me one card of a pretty flower (maybe a daffodil?) that you also richly decorated on the inside, inside an envelope labeled "extra card", haha! My trip was great, thanks for asking - except that I hurt my back and was in pain / out of action for part of the time. But still good! That's so random about your movie ticket prize! I haven't been in a cinema since before the pandemic.
• Thanks for the "Friends forever" card (with a sandwhich and jar of berry jam being the friends in question). So cute! I'm very happy about our carding friendship, I hope that my partner and I will make it to your town on a holiday some summer so we can catch up!
• Thanks also for the large amount (20 pieces?!?) of extras (stickers etc.). The bunny with the little cottom ball bunny tail was my favourite! 🐇❤️
