Yep. I'm just going to go ahead and blame rotator cuff surgery for being this late with thank yous, because the truth is much more pitiful: I've been a self-pitying hermit vacillating between fits of grief and existential ennui while stuck in this strange existence of not really being able to use my right arm much. Now that the weather is warming up I'm getting outside more, I'm in the strengthening phase of physical therapy for my shoulder, and I'm a little "better" while still dealing with the crushing grief and anxiety from the past year.

BUT. I have this lovely pile of cards that serves as a gentle reminder that I'm not alone in this self-imposed mental prison, so I really need to tell the brainhamsters to chill the f*ck out so I can properly thank you all.....

Thank you for a beautiful message and painting that comes alive with love and light every time I look at it. <3
