Have you ever seen a stamp commemorating the Anniversary of the Public Utilities Board?
How about the Economic Development Board?
The Port Authority?
Or even the Submarine Cable System that keeps the world's internet going?
No? Well would you? This offer is for you!
It's time to put /u/m0nk3yklng, and /u/leeella 's and mine's shared recent vintage stamp haul (mostly 1980-90s) to use! Our country has had a funny habit of issuing stamps to commemorate government statutory boards and other institutions/events because...yeah I don't know why either. I guess we needed more places to blatantly shout about our economic progress back in the day, haha. Some of these are actually rather tastefully designed, but I do wonder why there was a need to produce them!
There are two is one option for this offer:
1) A postcard with 4 - 6 vintage stamps as the display side together with your address. I'll use the back side to write to you about one or more of the subjects on the stamps!
To get a chance to receive this (total of 3, picked tomorrow) None left!:

Mention the country you're from in your comment below and,
Tell me about a stamp your postal service produced that had you scratching your head, or that you found underwhelming design/concept wise.
2) A random postcard from my stash with one or more of these commemorative stamps. None left!
To get one of these, fill out this google form. I'll chip away randomly at this list over the rest of the year when I feel the urge to send some mail.
You may enter for both 1 and 2, but you'll only get one card from the offer!
