u/melhen16 - I'd been looking forward to this one - I read your reminder that it glows in the dark, and immediately dived under my duvet, fully-clothed, to test it out. It really does! I'm thrilled. I'm glad you had a pleasant and productive day sometime in January! (I also enjoyed giving the foam cat sticker a squidge, thank you.)

u/bluedecemberart - Thank you for the 'the pussy cat sleeps all day card' (a perfect choice) - wish that were me, and wish I were half as cute! Happy Year of the Tiger to you, too.

u/finishingthetea - Thank you for the kimono cats card (love the concept); I wasn't expecting the cats to be illustrated to be quite so...attractive?? That eyeshadow...that dab of red lipstick... I didn't realise the Square Enix café existed, and now also want to go!

u/retrorabbit79 - What a gorgeous, gorgeous cat-in-an-onsen card, thank you! I'm a fan of how the details tie in: the watercolour style; the rounded card corners and round rocks. Volunteering with and fostering cats sound so good, but I feel I'd never want to leave them! What are your dogs called?

u/pineapplehibiscus - Thank you for the Year of the Tiger card (interesting texture!), and the colour-coding, and the many, many exclamation marks!!

MYSTERY SENDER without a username! - Thank you for the Year of the Tiger card as well (the same one as u/pineapplehibiscus', as a matter of fact - you're both people of taste!). Doing some drawing/painting each week sounds like a lovely way to spend your time and an excellent thing to look forward to.

u/ninajyang - Thank you for the Harry Potter postcard! I really like this design, which is so much nicer than the actual Slytherin crest. Speaking of which - did I request this card and out myself as a Slytherin, or was this just a coincidence??

u/samswizzle - Thank you for the history/art card! I'm now also listening to 'Me Without You' by Ashe, and quite like it.

u/aizawashota - Thank you for the beautiful, billowy illustrated card, and for gratifying my jellyfish fascination! I like that the building is unexpectedly matte - quite an evocative layering of textures, as if the castle really is penetrating through the clouds into a dreamscape.

u/LiLKittyWinks - Thank you for the art card; I'm with your boyfriend in the candy floss gang!

u/wabisabi_sf - Thank you for the spoken-word song enclosed, I enjoyed reading it (and the advice is solid). I can't get over 'Be kind to your knees. You'll miss them when they're gone'.

u/peachessandtea - Thank you for the Charlie and the Chocolate Factory card, and the sweet dose of childhood nostalgia! What manga have you enjoyed recently?

u/spiegel_im_spiegel - Thank you for the postcard of your school library - did you spend a lot of time there? I quite enjoy poring over books in libraries that aren't actually very bright, so that my little study area is lit by the glow of lamplight - it's atmospheric! I also really like the bird-and-blossom stamp you chose.

u/snailmailer142 - Thank you for the cute little Snoopy-at-a-typewriter card (took me a while to figure out what was going on!) and the stickers. I used a typewriter for the first time ever recently, and loved it. Your Super Bowl day sounds like it was great fun (and busy!); I love 'Souper Bowl Luncheon'.

u/kittycatcon - Thank you for the 'Mardi Gras' card - did you make it? If so, I'm impressed - the colours look so good together - it's a powerful little card! And thank you for sharing the things you're looking forward to this year. I also vowed to work on exercising more...this has...not happened. I hope you do better!

u/Anaamelia81 x2 - Thank you for the Alice in Wonderland card, and the unexpected delight of a tiny, cute second Cheshire cat card! Thank you for the teeny stickers as well - you did tell me they were in the small envelope, but it didn't register, and I ended up picking them out of my long-haired rug, which was quite fun! & a third thank-you for the Shelley poem; it's a lovely one, and I'm also amused by the illocutionary force as pertains his own legacy. I think 'Ozymandias' has to be my favourite Shelley poem - probably a common choice, but it's a great one!
