u/FrolickingFinns4ever - A special thank you for the Lunar New Year stamps on your card - anything CNY/LNY/tiger-themed is extremely welcome with me! Opening your own bakery sounds hugely exciting, and very impressive; wishing you the very best of luck with it, and you should certainly be proud of all your work! Also, bakeries are just the best.
u/ch037866 - Thank you for the Valentine's card - there's something particularly genuine and nice about both it and your message. I'm also obsessed with the knitted heart on the front, and I've been going back to it all evening to give it a squish. I completely agree that quality time and thoughtfulness are most important. I love your story about your first Valentine's day...nothing says romance like a tank of petrol! But also, a sixteen-year-old with a moped(!) - you were one of the cool kids, it seems! Thank you for the bonus stickers; what are the lottery tickets for?
u/Winterescapade - Thank you for the feline delight - it's just as lovely in its physical manifestation as I'd hoped, and is going right on display. I hugely enjoyed your writing about your former philosophy professor, and how strongly your excitement and enthusiasm come through. He sounds optimal, and his keeping in contact with his students certainly supports all the good things you say about him; I'm glad you had such an inspiration of a teacher.
u/plushestpossum - I hope this is the right username to tag (the card came with a goa-chiah-pah stamp). Thank you very, very much for your Lunar New Year postcard - I'm so glad you decided to post this late, and send me this one! The Year of the Tiger is my own year, so this is perfect for me in every regard (including the stamp! There's even a Year of the Tiger 2022 stamp! My life is complete). If I ever go to Taiwan, I shall try my best to make a trip to Jian Hou temple. When did you go, and what's made you think about it again?
u/prodvctive - Thank you for the urban sketch card; Animal Crossing and a date sounds like an ideal day! What did you do?
u/tigerlady13 - Thank you for including me in your massive card extravaganza (I'm so impressed that you managed 500??). I hope your legs are better, the wraps sound no fun. I had a listen of 'Spam' by Save Ferris - I wasn't expecting anything in particular, but I also wasn't expecting this! I love it.
u/Jdoodle7 - Thank you for the tiger card - I'm still collecting them in the spirit of the Year of the Tiger, so I'm very pleased with it! A very happy New Year to you, too. I'm hoping to make it through my degree this year...not sure if that will happen!
u/stephkempf x2 - Thank you for the succulent card; I'm amused to hear that you, your SO, and your friend all have such similar tastes in tiny succulent arrangements! Thank you for the Shakespearean quote card, too - parody plays of 'Hamlet' sound like such fun things to be involved in. Wish I could have watched them!
u/todayisfab x2 - Thank you for the Valentine's from the cat; I'd completely forgotten that this was coming, and it made me laugh so much to read the message from 'my cat'! 'My love language is food' is accurate. Thank you for the bonus little card (counting it as a second card!), and the stickers - I feel like I'll never get round to using the orange cat with the koi, because I like looking at it and keeping it for myself far too much!
