first, sorry that these thank-yous are so late. My mental health plunged a bit deeper and I got admitted into a psych ward. But now, that I'm home again, I can finally catch up to the thank-yous.

You don't know how much it means to me to hear that someone is proud of me and believes in me :) And you're right, setbacks in therapy are ok and normal. It doesn't mean that you have to start again, they are part of the process. Consider yourself back hedge-hugged :)

u/AlfredTheButt-ler I love the sticker with your username on it! Thank you for the funny stickers and the bookmark! Life in Switzerland is ok, but not like the fairy tale Hollywood shows. We do have a pretty high standard of life though. I have to remind myself sometimes that I'm very privileged.
