u/chippydoodoo x 2 - Thank you for sharing your LNY celebrations and the golden envelope! That was very generous of you! My favorite CNY cuisine is Hainanese Chicken rice. A dish that my dad would always cook for the family during CNY celebration. We would also have steamed fish and fried fish, and sides of vegetables. I won’t be able to celebrate CNY with my family this year due to traveling restrictions. I do plan on cooking Hainanese chicken rice to celebrate! :)
