u/yonyonsonyo Thank you for the Halloween/fall card that had finally arrived! It's nice to revisit festive traditions in one's hometown for sure. I toasted pumpkin seeds for the first time when I was in the college! My freshmen RA had hosted a pumpkin carving study break and we roasted pumpkin seeds afterwards. I enjoyed them so much I actually introduced my family to the idea - which is something we had never done before that!
