Totally unrelated note… one of my former co-workers had shared a photo of his house with me & told me it was built in the 1860s!!!! I searched up the oldest house in the US, it’s the Fairbanks House Museum in Dedham, Massachusetts built in c. 1637!!! Thank you for the hybrid house-warming and Christmas card!
