Thank you u/Intrepid-Researcher (x5) There are so many things in the envelope you sent I hardly know where to start!
The first thing was a shower of lovely dog shaped confetti punched from gold foiled, green floral and pink striped paper which was a lovely festive touch.
Then followed by cards! There were two that were space themed, a rover taking a picture of it's own shadow on the moon, the other blueprint-looking plans for a planetarium. With the recent news of the James Webb telescope the timing was so apt!
You also packed in a card featuring a majestic tiger (whoo for the upcoming lunar new year!) and a little folded card of a golden beetle on metallic silver paper - I love animals and insects too so I really enjoyed these :D
But the piece de resistance is the "Thank you for helping me grow" card, spoken by a little sprout planted in a white pot with a cute smiley face - addressing a yellow watering can (also with a face).
Inside, you decorated with an assortment of blue and teal washi (my fav colours!!!) tapes (one floral, one abstract, one shiny) and a sketch of my characters Charsiu and Faye (I LOVE them both so much, thank youuu) flanking your message - thank you for the podcast rec! Interesting how a seemingly bleak topic -global warming - can make for a fun podcast when you throw a bit of adventure in it. My favourite fiction podcast is Cabin Pressure - by John Finnemore, about a small airline and the crew's misadventures.
There are SO many goodies included too - you gave me a sample card of washi as well as sooo many metallic and space themed stickers! Definitely adding them to my rapidly growing collection of decor stuff from you, haha. There's also lots of very lovely decorative paper sheets you included which I'll definitely be using to make some handmade cards!
And naturally, I had to finish with the tea you sent (get it ;D), a bag of apple, cinnamon and raisin! Now that I'm allowed back in the office again this will be a great addition to the tea I keep in the office for emergencies - I mostly drink loose leaf at home :)
I can't thank you enough but I can at least yell THANK YOU in bold and all caps!
