I kind of dropped off of Reddit when my mother entered hospice. She had several months at home, then several months in skilled care before dying in November. Then Covid surged and Christmas came. Hopefully after the New Year, I can participate again. Even though it was expected, death takes more of an emotional toll than I expected. So forgive me for being months late in thanking you all for your cards.
u/halfwayoutoftown Love getting international cards because of the exceptional stamps and so on. Loved the little hedgehog and washi tape. Thank you so much.
u/onelittlericeball Again, love getting international mail. I saw the update as to how you organized the tea, but didn't hear how he reacted to the advent calendar. Hope it was a hit!
u/casserole5286 Thank you for your Herman Melville quote. So appropriate.
u/starbrightsky Thank you so much for your generous gift of stamps and stickers. I was so surprised at how kind people are. Your VanGogh picture was perfect. Thank you for your effort!!
u/sherlocklady I loved the stickers! It was so good to hear from you.
Again, I thank these people for sending cards, but also this whole Reddit thread for being the caring, considerate people they are. We all need a little grace shown to us during this crazy journey called life.[[[
