Hi all!
Well, my holiday season wasn't exactly what we planed... everyone in my family that was coming to visit me got sick with/ got exposed to COVID, so all of our plans were cancelled last minute. It was a quite and kinda sad Christmas, but your cards really helped my holiday spirit. So, thank you all!
u/consciousplanter for the very cute Santa card. The growth of joy and cheer is always one of the best parts of the holidays-- that's why the 26th is always a little sad to me. It always kind of feels like that now Christmas is officially over, people can go back to being grumpy. I hope the people in your life carry that Christmas spirit all the time. :)
u/libertyprogrammer for the fabulous cross stitch floral postcard-- it makes me so happy! I really like the word boysenberry, but I've actually never gotten to eat one before! Maybe that can be a mini New Year's resolution for me!
u/Lizard802 for the super cute "Ho Ho Ho" card (and the very happy stickers inside). The happy earth sticker is just SO CUTE! I'm going to save it to put in my bullet journal for 2022!
u/NoHumidity for the beautiful Christmas card. I especially love all of the food pun stickers on the inside-- they made me laugh (I think I like the "one in a melon" one best ^_^)
u/pinkjiggle53 for the hand-colored snowflake card-- I really love the purples and blues you picked out! I'm not usually a big eggnog drinker (mainly cause of the consistency-- pancake batter indeed!), but I'll have to try adding Sprite at your suggestion! On the rare occasion I do drink eggnog, I like to mix it with chai tea to make it more spiced!
u/umeshufan for the super cute manatee postcard. Those comics are some of my most favorite (I follow that artist on all kinds of social media) and they always make me smile. Also, bonus points for helping me and u/AppleCritter723 for becoming neighbor penpals :)
u/waffish for the cute truck and tree card-- that's one of my most favorite Christmas motifs, I find it so charming and comforting.
I also have a mystery card from New York-- a polar bear wishing me Season's Greetings with lots of glitter! If this is you, please let me know so I can give you proper props!
Again, thakns so much everyone for making my holiday season a little more cheerful! I'm already so excited for next year!
