  • u/amyt13 x2:
    • Thanks for the adorable and beautifully decorated Christmas card! I'm happy to hear that you got such a positive card from someone. I love the totality of all the card love that I've received and exchanged through RAoC although if I had to pick a favourite, it would probably be the first one I ever received, because it was so unexpectedly amazing.
    • Thanks so much for your richly decorated card congratulating me for my 500 flair, plus the extra stickers and papers! Re the naughty or nice sticker, I sure try to remain on the nice side! I appreciate our carding friendship (and that the mail between our respective addresses is so fast and efficient!)
  • u/PinkPengin: Woah, the Christmas Capybara card is awesome! Thanks so much for sending it to me - might be my favourite card yet. Also, I love your sparkly ink in several colours - what kind is it? Thanks also for the hand-drawn penguin, very cute! <3
  • u/comingtogetyoubabs x3: Thank you for the TWO holiday cards plus the extra Chocolate Pavé card with recipe and all the extra goodies! I really appreciate your carding friendship and your kind words. There are no waves around here to jump over and all my underwear is the same colour but I'll have to try the other Brazilian New Year's traditions :) The 2c Banana stamp was so cool! The Quentão flavoured tea sounds interesting, I look forward to giving it a try. I see you now have a sender address sticker as well, I think you used to hand-write your sender address? Thanks again <3
  • u/cswl: Thanks so much for the early birthday wishes! Your card reminded me of "A bug's life", have you seen that movie? Thanks for the spectacular hand-made paper Santa, too! On my birthday I think I will indulge in some apple cake, I'm a big fan of this recipe: https://tasty.co/recipe/apple-pie-from-scratch
  • u/baredoim x2: Thank you so much for your card & letter! It must be so hard, I'm sending big hugs. Your activities sound healthy and helpful, though - I hope that you can keep them up and that your friend will be able to visit! I appreciate our carding friendship. Thanks again and more hugs!
  • u/NoHumidity: Thanks for the gorgeous hand-made birthday card! I love your ideas. I have some friends who worked on healthcare.gov and I think that that is super impactful work. I'm less hopeful that I would deliver positive value if I got involved in growing/farming stuff, I'm useless! Thanks again, I really appreciated your in-depth advice! <3
  • u/on1oman1ac: Thanks for your pretty whale card with the two kids riding on top - have you seen the 2002 film "Whale Rider"? I quite enjoyed it and I think it was Keisha Castle-Hughes's first film! Like I said last time, your hand writing is superb (like printed!) and I'm amazed how much you managed to fit onto one card. Interesting that you mention Cassowaries, they are so cool! I once saw a Cassowary in an open air zoo in Australia, they really look like they came straight out of the Jurrassic. And I once saw a video on YouTube of two Cassowaries having sex in someone's backyard - there was a lot of foreplay but the actual thing didn't last very long lol :) Have you seen the video of an octopus carrying a jar with him to hide in, and who was able to screw on/off the lid while inside? They're so smart!
  • u/sugarmagandjohn: thanks for the season's greetings card and all the love, I appreciate it. I hope that you and your loved ones are well, too 💛
