I frequently volunteer at an animal sanctuary. It is run by one family who dedicates every single day to take care of hundreds of animals. They posted on their Facebook to start a holiday card drive for the sanctuary and honestly I just thought it would be really nice to just overwhelm them with cards with any encouraging words or kind thoughts. Running a sanctuary can be tough especially in a pandemic and they deserve all of the love in the world.
