u/AlfredTheButt-ler - Thank you for the Christmas card; I had forgotten about the Royal Dansk cookies! My mum used to get them all the time when I was a kid (and then use the tin to store things in, so we'd think there were cookies and then by disappointed once we found it was full of buttons or bits of fabric 😂). My absolute favourite cookies have to be Russian Tea Cakes (this year I've been asking myself why I only ever make them around Christmas time!); they're small and can easily convince myself that 4-5 of them is the same as one normal cookie 😜
