Thank you for the hilarious cat postcard. It’s been sitting next to the couch and makes me smile every time I look at it. I used to be a “Morgenmuffel” (I love that word 😄) for a long time, especially in my teens. And early on in our relationship, BF would often start asking questions shortly after I woke up: How did you sleep? Did you dream something? What was it about?, ... And felt like, could I please get a coffee first before we start with the interrogation? And then I felt bad, bc he was just being lovely. However, we worked it out. I’m trying not to be grumpy, and he waits until I’m ready for conversation and if either of us fails doing so, we joke about it.

Thank you for the awesome goodie package! I love the green mini card and all the goodies! Oh, and the Rolling Stones postcard, that arrived the same day Charlie Watts' passing was announced. It will get a special place in my “music corner”.

I’m sorry to hear that you had a kind of bumpy start in your new job. But I’m also not surprised about the indefinitely sick coworkers and the higher ups having no clue. I’m afraid that’s common in that line of work. BF quit his job of 10 years bc he was tired of Leitung’s BS. Now he’s happily unemployed and traveling to visit friends (as a male Erzieher, he’ll easily find something new).
