Post Body

I have been active on this sub for a couple months now and most days it has become the highlight of my day to check my mailbox and find cards from all you kind and creative people. Sitting down and writing cards has become one of my main coping skills when I am struggling because it calms me. I struggle with chronic, severe depression but for about a year I’ve been managing it better than ever. But because I have been in a better place mentally I have decided it’s a good time to do some more in depth work with my therapist on my childhood trauma. I didn’t realize how much this would throw me off in my day to day life. It’s really hard and scary and the past week or so I feel like I’m living in a nightmare.

If anyone would like to send me a card with encouraging words, reminders of the beauty of the small things in the world, or even just an inspirational image I would appreciate it so much.

I would be happy to send a card back to you.

Thank you so much for reading this.

Edit: I don’t know if anyone will see this edit but I am so overwhelmed with gratitude by the outpouring of card offers and kind words. It really means a lot to me. Thank you all
