So, uhm, this is awkward. It's been since like January since I've done proper thanks for all the lovely mail I've received, and I want to apologize to everyone I've let down, and who might have felt ignored. I haven't ignored your lovely cards. I've received them, and I've loved them, and I'm so sorry that my anxiety took control and it was a long, long time til I was able to do them. I'm really sorry. You guys deserve better. I have lots of cards to get through, but I will do them in small batches so as not to overload myself once more. Procrastination always ends up with unmanageable anxiety, and I'm sorry you guys were the ones to pay the price. So here's the first batch!

I had a similar date once, where I met the guy at his house (his parents’, we were 19-ish), and we were supposed to make supper together, but his parents were there, and he ate his supper in front of me and I was never offered anything and just felt too awkward to ask, and all he talked about was video games, and I excused myself early, pretexting an early morning.
