Hello kind people,

I have been a member of this subreddit for a year plus a few months and I am always amazed at the power of cards to touch individuals who are hurting. This is a request for a friend who is so sweet and caring that she fosters rescue dogs. I posted this earlier in the week so if you have already responded thank you for your kindness. Last week my friend was fostering a rescue dog when it attacked her. She will need surgery to repair the damage and the rescue agency decided they had to put the dog down. My friend is heartbroken about the dog and not looking forward to the surgery she faces. She could really use some words of encouragement right now. Thank you for reading this and thinking about her.

UPDATE;

I just wanted to update everyone on my friend. The day she received the cards was a hard day for her and the cards could not have come at a better time. She was absolutely overwhelmed at the outpouring of love. It was amazing to see the effect of the cards. Thanks to all of you for all you do.
