u/quackers212 - Thank you for the vintage postcard and the warm welcome to RAoC! I actually took the time to search up the name on the postcard and it does look like its the ship's name. Its original name was actually Admiral W.S Benton, but they changed the ship's name to Daniel L. Sultan to honor a wartime commander!
u/soxgal - Thank you for the cute little stickers (stuck them onto my water bottle)! My favorite thing to do in Tacoma is head over to Point Defiance! It's always such an experience when I let myself get lost in those woods :)
