[Thank You] RAoC thanks are kind of like wine, they get better with age? A late thank-you #9!

In no particular order:

u/BKBD2017 - Holy Sh*t I love this postcard! And I feel like I would also love your Great Aunt Pat! My favorite thing about this card (other than everything) is that she has the same haircut/color AND the same tattoo as me. This card has been put up on my mirror to inspire me to always be a daring dame! Seriously, thank you so much!Ā

u/silverdragonia - Thank you for the New York postcard! One of the things to go first in the pandemic was all my travel for work - so I feel like itā€™s been forever since I have been there! It made me smile thinking of all the good times I have had there and that more are coming up.

u/pullingback - I loved the Spring Garden postcard, thank you! It also inspired me to try growing leeks this year in my garden, cross your fingers for me!Ā

u/Happyhermit87 - I thought that your dream was a really cool one, and I would definitely come and visit a shop like that! I really liked this card, it looks like such an idyllic summer day, thank you for sending it my way!Ā

u/ReasonablePositive - This card is completely adorable, I love the little fox on the front, and I am all about that tree washi tape!! Your dream sounds completely amazing (and a lot like my dream to be honest. I imagine it is similar to a lot of people on this sub!). I hope you are staying safe, and I am definitely rooting for you and your dream home and massive dog-filled garden!

u/NyancatNOVA - Phew - this thank-you is SUPER late!! Thank you for your lovely note and all the treats you included! As for virtual yoga classes, drop me a direct message here and I will happily direct you to the non-profit I work for where you can take FREE virtual classes. All the teachers are experienced and amazing at working with all sorts of different populations at all sorts of different levels. If you're not super keen on a class there are also a load of free resources and online classes that you can check out. If you just want some one-on-one tips/personalized suggestions, then let me know in the message and we can sort that out too! (Also, I love Pusheen so that was super exciting) And, again, sorry this is so late! It got shoved under a pile on my desk, well, life happened!Ā

u/orangewolpertiger - I feel like this username might not be 100% correct, if so - thank you mods in advance for fixing all my mistakes! (Can you come live with me?! Life would be much easier with someone fixing all my mistakes!) Onto the card - that cat washi / sticker combo - oh my gosh - I know I donā€™t NEED any more stickers or washi tape, butā€¦ Iā€™m glad that you donā€™t think grey is boring! I normally get some very strange looks when I say that it is my favorite color, and even stranger looks when I say that a good amount of the walls in my house are painted grey (quite similar to the swatch you included in fact!) or a very very dark blue/green.Ā

u/imeldamail - Loved the card! Loved the quote! I am actually getting a nice little collection of botany cards that people have sent me and I couldnā€™t be happier about it! As always, the mail you send puts a massive smile on my face, thank you for always filling up my postbox with love and smiles!Ā

u/CeCeMarie - Thank you for the Restore postcard! I think it is a sign that you are meant to go to Portugal when the world opens up for travel once again. I went to my Restore on a search for postcards and stationery and I asked someone who worked there ā€˜where the postcards areā€™ and that they ā€˜should be in this sectionā€™ (the one you told me you found yours in). Anyways, they looked at me strangely and it didnā€™t occur to me until I left that I was basically dictating to them that they should be carrying postcards and that they should be in a random homewares section. I imagine I will head back next week to do the same thing!

u/wabisabi_sf - Thank you so much for the LouPaper postcard! I love her cards so much, but I never realized that she was originally out of the UK. I think this mail themed one is probably my favorite out of the ones I have received so far!Ā

u/shadow_pop - SURPRISE! I didnā€™t actually forget to thank you for the (very cool monster movie themed) postcard that you sent, Iā€™m just really crap at getting my life together enough to post thank-yous in any kind of timely fashion! SURPRISE THANK YOU!Ā Ā

u/nirelleth - Thank you so much for the Marquis De Sade card! I also read ā€˜The Unbearable Lightness of Beingā€™ ages ago and think about it a lot, itā€™s one of those books that if I am reminded of it, I will think about it for the next few days straight. Glad Iā€™m not the only one! I never read Normal People, is it worth picking up?

u/lonelytwatwaffle et al. - I am glad you have named your roomba, all the best people name their roomba. Keith is a good name. Me and my dog approve of the roomba name choice decided upon by you and your cat.Ā

u/stephkempf - So I did a thing. You sent me this super cool Amantha Tsaros gallery card, with a matching pink pen message and EVERYTHING and I stuck it up on my pinboard because I was so excited about it and I looked at it the other day and I am pretty sure I forgot to actually post a thank you?! So if I forgot THANK YOU SO MUCH, and if I didnā€™t forget that BONUS THANK YOU SO MUCH! This card is amazing, and if I still worked with artists Iā€™m sure I would be totally broke all the time. Thank you again!Ā

Now onto the thank-yous that I am not as late for but while I am here I may as well post them all (super sorry for this endless post modsā€¦):Ā

u/scribex2 - This Hazel Scott card is super cool, I didnā€™t know very much about her and I totally appreciate you sharing all about her life with me! I love a lady who uses her (endless!) talents to challenge the status quo. Thank you so much!Ā

u/writeen - This card has already been stolen and put up on the wall of my small child. When he saw it he exclaimed, ā€œLook itā€™s a card that looks like the characters in Star Wars Lego!ā€ This is what the younglings have become... Thank you for the card and the knowledge that we need to have a star wars night in my house where we watch the original movies.

u/berryfrogs (x2) - I actually (weirdly) knew that about giraffe tongues! Itā€™s why I think giraffes are creepy! Everyone thinks Iā€™m weird because I think giraffes are creepy and weird bugs are cool. But their necks and tongues are just so...LONG. Anyway, enough about creepy giraffes and thank-you for the card!Ā

Also thank you for the other card, I think it actually came on the same day! I am mostly looking forward to travelling again. Right now I am staying happy by reading a whole lot, working a whole lot (I legitimately love my job!), doing yoga a whole lot, and THINKING about travelling! (Those thank you notes you have are SUPER cute by the way - where did you get them?!)Ā
