u/HabeoJoculares - This card and lovely note were a beautiful surprise today. I loved reading your words, and learning about your weird weather. I am glad you finally got a week with no rain! We've actually moved the hammock outside now, since the weather has been nice. We bring the cloth part inside when we're not using it and hang it up in the hall closet. Then we can go out and lay in the hammock even if it had rained! (It's weatherized, but who wants to get in a damp hammock?) Also, I patted Gurgi for you, and he was cool with it. :D

u/hufflepuffpuff_pass - OMG WHAT??? This was literally my reaction when I opened your card. I got such a kick out this, and enjoyed getting bits of glittery confetti everywhere. It's funny, because you included some happy birthday confetti, and my birthday was last week so thanks also for that! Did you make the envelope yourself?

u/wabisabi_sf - Thank you for the great postcards! I love your envelope too. I am definitely cutting out the postbox to use on a future mailout! I can eat lemon slices on occasion, but I can do meyer lemons no problem! My parents have oranges, mandarins, meyer lemons, and these lemon/kumquat hybrids they've taken to calling sunquats, so I've generally been able to get a lot of citrus from them. But we had that harsh winter storm so they aren't sure what will happen with the trees next year. I guess we'll find out! Also, I haven't read The Drowned World, but I will check it out! I love these book cover postcards. Gives me something new to check out! Also, thanks for the vintage postcard of the light house! I love the stamp placement note. I cannot imagine postage that cheap!

u/cwsl - Thanks for the lovely Easter card! I love all the little chicks and tulips! As for Easter desserts, the one that sticks in my head the most was this amazing lemon cake my aunt made, served with limoncello she and my uncle brought back from Italy. It's the only specific dessert that brings Easter to my mind, since I was with them for Easter while attending college. It was in the late afternoon following church, and it was a true sit-down formal dinner. My immediate family always baked a ham for Easter dinner, but we just sat at the table and wore normal post-church clothes, and the tv was probably on in the living room. My aunt and uncle used their formal dining room, and we all dressed up, and there was wine and floral arrangements and fancy side dishes. (Wow, that was a lot more than you asked for! Ha!)

u/chickennuggetluvr - Another card playlist! I love it. My husband has been really into the new Miley Cyrus, so I was already familiar with Bad Karma, but it's such a great song! I've added the rest to my new-to-me playlist so I can listen to them while working on my cross stitch tonight! I love the coloring book pages too, and I'm probably going to display yours on the fridge since that is where you are supposed to put coloring book pages. :) Thank you also for the stickers! The Harry Potter ones will be a wonderful addition to a postcard offer I'll be sharing soon! (I'll send you one too since I still have your address!)

u/bridgewires - I love the fox art card! It's such a wonderful likeness, and fits with "sunglow" quite well. I love your decoration too. I agree - Sunglow is such a good word.
