March 18th is RAoC's birthday!! To celebrate I would like to send one person a card, plus blank postcards for you to use and send to other users :-)

This offer is for someone that has helped make RAoC such a wonderful place for me this past year. If you have sent me a card in the past, posted an offer on the sub, have RAoC flair, or have posted a thank you on the sub, you are welcome to join this offer.

This particular offer is open to anyone outside of the US, that can receive mail from the US. I have made a separate offer for US.

I will select the recipient on March 18th (probably around noon Eastern Time). I think the easiest way to do this is to pick a random number between 0 and 100. If the winning number has been selected by more than one person, I will use a random name chooser. Please do not message me unless requested.
