He's been under a lot of pressure (raw material market is exploding, und als strategischer Einkauefer, muss er die Rohstoffe rechtzeitig und natuerlich so guentstig wie moeglich beschaffen und an alle Fabriken beliefern) so he's constantly worried that his bosses and the Geschaeftsfuehrung won't like his ideas.
