I had been collecting cards to make a thank you and then the weather meant I had to leave home for a few days and now these thank yous are a bit later than I intended. Sorry!!

I’m actually currently writing a book about how people like me (disabled/chronically ill) handle and process death and grief differently, and I definitely think you have the right idea on how time makes things softer on people. Sometimes feeling the heavy, uncomfortable feelings soon after means there will be less difficult mourning later ✨
