My birthday is at the beginning of March.

2021 has not started off well. My dog of 10 years was admitted to the ICU at my local university vet teaching hospital twice. He recovered then got worse then recovered then got worse again. Last weekend I thought he was going to die. We tried one more medication and weaned him off of his steroid medication he was having bad side effects from and he has bounced back SO MUCH in the course of a week. There's still a long road ahead but I'm so happy it seems like he's going to make it. On top of that, the massive debt incurred is stressing me out and I even dropped one of my classes because I couldn't even think about spending the time needed for the course with this going on. I haven't even been very active on this sub and I miss it so much because I love sending and getting cards to/from you amazing people.

I'm still alone, still working from home, and could just use some birthday fun in my mailbox right now.
