I wish items of post could tell us their stories, as I would love to know where this particular envelope spent the last two months! Sadly it didn't arrive in time for Christmas, and instead dropped into my mailbox a few days ago. No postmark /cancellation, but I know the post system has been a bit crazy with covid etc.
Anyhow, I knew this was special as soon as I saw the bulging envelope, covered with stickers and Christmas drawings. Inside I found not only a card, but also goodies including stickers, gingerbread tea, and tree decorations, one a beautiful handcrafted snowflake. It was like a mini Christmas in an envelope. I am so touched that you went to all that effort for a stranger. A huge thank you.
