u/viefje - Thank you for sharing your beautiful art with me! I love the colors, and the person on the swing even has hair kind of like mine right now. I love it so much. Thank you also for asking about my aunt - she's doing okay. Home from the hospital, but with an oxygen tank because her lungs aren't the same as before she got sick. It's still a rough recovery. Definitely good to keep in mind that I'm not alone, and here's hoping for better things to come in 2021.
u/yeahjustsayin - Thank you for putting Brad Renfro in my mailbox, and for the movie quote. My husband walked with me to the mailbox today, and the wind whipped the postcard out of my grip and he grabbed it before it blew away, and then I saw what it was. I said to him, "Hey look, my first celebrity crush!" and he said he doesn't remember who it is, so I just said "That's a vanilla milkshake." And then he goes, "Wait, that's Brad Renfro?" And anyway, it was fun times. Different movie, but still - Brad Renfro!!
u/BATTLE_METAL - OMG thank you for the Jupiter postcard, and for the cookie recipes! I will have to wait to try them (ice on the roads so no special grocery runs), but I will definitely try them both as soon as I can! Thank you!
u/Mareepharos - Your random acts of cards game is on point! I love the notecard, and the little touches of citrus and tropical that you included. The toucan sticker is awesome! I also love the lemon notecard you included within your other card (and the little penguin sticker!) - the story about the orange was hilarious! I am with you all the way, I am entirely on the "no citrus rind for me!" train. (Unless it's been candied, in which dip it in dark chocolate and sign me up!)
u/bluedecemberart - WOW, this was such a joy to receive. I was expecting the Little Prince from the poetry challenge, but I did not expect you to add all the little touches you did - the vintage stickers, the vintage stamps, the hand drawn citrus on the envelope, the lemon washi tape you used to seal it. And then, on top of all that, a beautiful handmade citrus card. You brought me so much "Citrus Joy" from this beautiful piece of mail. Thank you so much!
