So today it has been sleeting and everything is covered in ice. Just a few days ago it was almost 80, and now we’re in for the coldest few days in Texas since 1989.

I am grateful to have a house with heat and lots of blankets, and I am thankful that our power remains on while there are a lot in my area without power for hours.

In order to help distract me from the severe cold I’ll be under until mid-next week, I would love to start preparing some cards to mail out.

Please note: these will not be mailed until March because I’ve already used up my stamps this month.

If you don’t mind waiting a few weeks for your card, but you’d like one where I ramble about the weird weather and how my dog reacts to ice or how my husband thinks it’s a good idea to set up the hammock in the living room... 1) please PM your mailing address and then 2) go ahead and leave a comment telling me about your weather!
