I have also loved Harry Potter ever since my mom bullied me into watching the first movie with her TWENTY YEARS AGO. I was hooked. My favorite dog is my own, a weird little terrier mix that we've named Gurgi after Gurgi from the Prydain Cycle. He's awesome. I also love corgis, and I've never actually met a German Shepherd, but they sure are beautiful dogs!

I've always been curious about gouache painting, but I've never tried it. My mom used to paint with gouache when I was young. I hope you enjoy the learning journey! Petal paper sounds like a lovely thing to attempt as well. :)

u/ExcessiveCharm - I LOVE the Harry Potter postcard! I had zero interest in Harry Potter back when the Sorcerer's Stone came out in theaters. My mom went and saw it on her own, and came home telling me I would love it, and I should give it a chance. So I watched it with her, and I WAS HOOKED. I started reading the books, went to midnight book and movie releases all the way to the end of the original series. That scene from Diagon Alley was so magical. I kind of wish I could forget it all and experience it all over again. (Not really though, too many good memories!)

My mom and I did "ugga mugga" for years, and sometimes we still text that to each other at bedtime. This is amazing, and I will treasure it. The stickers are wonderful too!
