Hi! Hopping on the bandwagon for making a mailing list for the New Year :)

Here is a link to my Google Form. Please only fill it out for yourself. Also, the more info that you provide, the better that I can customize your card.

Since these cards will be sent over the course of the year, I will be sure to send you a message when your card goes out. That way you know to keep a lookout in your mailbox :)
