Week of 11/8 Thank Yous!

After a bumpy first week of November, these pieces were really lovely to receive.

u/flufferoo22: your card made me realize how much I look forward to cherry blossom season, even though I (usually) enjoy the winter. I'm thinking this winter will likely drag along with covid and less city exploration. Womp womp!

u/pmmeifyourepooping: GUESS WHAT FINALLY DECIDED TO ARRIVE!!!!! I think it showed up on my informed delivery last Wednesday(?), and when it didn't come I was so bummed. Naturally, I was happy to receive it today! Am I weird for not thinking the card is all that bad? Worth a second printing? Not sure, but it has some merit.

u/wickednympet: your card gave me a real laugh when it arrived. USPS apparently didn't feel like dealing with the baby envelope so they shoved it one of those oversized envelopes with the window that they normally use for damaged pieces. It looked hilarious in there! The ephemera was a really lovely addition as well. I'm always comforted when I come across Alphonse Mucha works - maybe something about all the dreamy flowers and muted colors. I would also kill to see what you do with the ephemera you keep. I so love seeing how creative people are with the little bits and pieces!
