u/PMmeifyourepooping - Thank you for the Nathan Pyle postcard. I love following him in IG and even though I see a bunch of the cartoons over and over again, they never cease to make me smile. :)
u/TheVeryGoodGirl - I love your Halloween card! Did you put all the pieces together? It looks better than store bought! I've been trying to figure out the graphics on the little cards without pulling them off. Did you use a paper-punch to get the perfect corners? The envelope was spot on too. I went out to buy some deco stamps for my envelops thanks to you! You have a spooktacular Halloween too!
u/YeahLikeCarlos2 (is this right? I don't think this is right. Can someone confirm?) - I think my favorite part about your card is the date, time, temp, and exactly what was happening around you. Did Real Steel suck the whole way through, or did it improve a bit? I have yet to watch Showman and I'm a little nervous. HJ singing..ehhhhhh.
u/Robusto_esplendido - I didn't know it was called The Mitten State! Love that and might have to visit at some point in my life for specifically that reason! Do you have a lot of great winter-wear brands out there, the way NYC has too many bagel shops?
u/CatZoneA x2!!! - I got a postcard and a card-card! Nailed the Amish theme. I don't know what it is about a simple life that appeals to me - not sure I could even do without my hoity-toity tech toys (I stayed in Taos, NM for 2 nights with barely any phone service/internet and that was tough!). I also appreciate that card writing is a family-activity. I was not brought up in a home that wrote a lot of cards and it's something I regret - not learning how to do thank you notes etc from an early age, so I'm happy you're doing it together. Also 90s craft materials - I bet that's a lot of fun. Is there a ton of Lisa Frank? Or those little angelic children that also come as tiny ceramics? The custom envelope made from catalog paper was pretty cool to open too.
Thank you all again - My not so fabulous week was made a little brighter thanks to you all.
