Post Body

  • 3 Geri's Game (1997) cards: 2 happy colourful ones, one with two funny faces he makes that are like angry/suspicious.Note: Not sure if I've seen this one before. Made me laugh. All 3 gone!

  • 3 For the Birds (2000) cards: They're all colourful. First one looks like it'd be good for "It's okay to be scared" or something like that. Second is the happy nice bigger bird full and in parts (concept art.) Third is just bushy nature scene. Note: Just watched for the first time...those lil birds are mean!!!! Be ready to mute sometimes if you have a hard time with high pitched sounds like me. *Big bird one left!
  • 3 One Man Band (2006) cards: These ones are all happy. Could be "it's okay to be happy" or something of that sort, or anything for the subject. I think at least two of them if not all would lend themselves to having something written on the art side, if you'd like, whatever it may be... I need direction.

One film image of fiddler one, and 2 concept images: one of fiddler one that's very detailed black and white, and a kinda robot looking one man band that's perhaps an earlier looking concept of the other one man band guy.

Note: I think this may be the only short I have seen before from these besides Luxo Jr. maybe!

  • 1 The Adventures of Andre and Wally B (1984) card: Kinda very depressed and/or very sleepy looking character. Note: Just watched it for the first time. Extra short short!! But I liked it! Cute and funny.

  • 4 Toy Story cards: First one I think would be good for "It's okay to be overwhelmed" or maybe scared. (Taken)

Second is of Jessie would be good for "It's okay to be sad" or depressed or something of that sort. (Helps me if you can tell me what would work best for you specifically.)

Third is sad/distressed/kinda screaming looking penguin that might be good for "It's okay to be [overwhelmed, distressed, sad, depressed, etc?]" Maybe "It's okay that you meltdown sometimes. It will pass" or something?? Taken

Fourth is a sad one man band looking toy that would be good for "It's okay to be sad" or something on the art side (or other side if you prefer.)

  • 2 Red's Dream (1987): First is film image of the front of the bike shop, full of...desirable bikes? Second is very sad clown on the unicycle (the clearance/sad/forgotten/unwanted item in the shop that wants to be a clown?) Not sure what message would work best for it besides "It's okay to be depressed." Note: Just saw for the first time! Be ready to mute if you have a hard time with high pitched squeaky sounds like me.
  • 1 Cars card: Sad old car reading a book, could write a message on the open book... Taken
  • 1 Luxo Jr. card (1986): Film image, Luxo with Luxo Jr. and the ball they play with. Taken
  • 3 Tin Toy(1988) cards: First is happy colourful film image.

Second is the scared toys storyboard. "It's okay to be scared" maybe?

Third is concept art of one man band looking toy, looks kinda sad or something...is looking up kinda toward a blank spot by the top of the card - might be good for writing a message, maybe something you need to say to yourself/remind yourself or something you need to hear...

Note: I just watched Tin Toy for the first time ever. My reaction: Oh my glob! That was SCARY and gross and funny (at least or especially laughing at my own grossed out/horrified reactions, haha.) I definitely had to mute it a few times and had to cover parts of the screen with really bad drool - I cannot. Ack.

  • 4 Knick Knack (1989): First one is colour film image of snowman with explosives.

Second is storyboard b&w of snowman running into snow globe to try to break it.

Third is storyboard b&w of snowman with jackhammer. Might be good for "Try, try again" caption or something?? I don't know.

Fourth is the mermaid version of the blonde woman toy... but without the huge breasts that's in the original version I just linked to apparently, ha.

Note: Just watched for the first time. Knew I'd have to mute that one a lot from these images (jackhammer, explosives, etc.)

I inserted links to the Pixar shorts on youtube for anyone else who has never seen them before, or hasn't seen them in a long time. :)

Please comment what you're interested in with as much specific info as possible. Also tell me if you'd like animal stickers (fave animals? more answers the better), cute foods stickers, or Halloweeny stickers.

Stay safe, u/merfrog (aka u/lady4inthe2radiator0)

Hrrm, there's a different list here. I don't know. This one does say updated today. Other is from months ago..but other specific stuff says certain ones are iffy from here too... .https://about.usps.com/newsroom/service-alerts/international/welcome.htm

PPS:It's OK not to be OK. Warning: some flashing/degraded vhs tape type effects in the music video, if you're sensory sensitive.
