I have here, 10 Kitboga postcards, written, washi taped, and ready to send.
Kitboga) is a YouTuber / Twitch streamer who aids in spreading awareness of scams, such as tech support scams and social security scams. He calls scammers live on Twitch (and posts edited videos on youtube) as various characters, such as an 80-year-old grandmother named Edna. He uses a voice changer and keeps the scammers on the call for as long as he can (The longer they spend time with him, the less time they spend scamming other people) while providing some fantastic entertainment. I believe his current record for keeping a scammer on phonecalls with him (over numerous days but same 'storyline') is 37 hours!
He sometimes manages to get bank account information from the scammers (which is hidden and muted on stream), which he then reports, converting into real action taken by the bank's fraud departments.
He also codes his own tools to help waste scammers time and has his own fake bank hosted on his virtual machine, which you can hear scammers salivating over. It's so sad to see the extent to which the scammers will go to try to get money from the vulnerable. Sometimes even going as far as threatening to kill.
These postcards I made are to aid in spreading awareness of scams. I highly recommend checking out his content, learning the techniques scammers use, and passing the information to anyone in a vulnerable position.
Please comment below if you'd like to be entered, and I'll select 10 people on Friday to receive the cards. bogaPecan
